We all get tired, we all get overwhelmed, we all feel like giving up at times. There are many things you can do when you feel this way.

One, allow yourself to get some rest.

Two, cut out all the necessary activities and give yourself permission to take a break to pray or meditate. Research has shown that belief in a higher power helps people get through tough times.

Three, ask for help from those around you who can help you whether it's time you need a babysitter or even a monetary gift. Asking someone else for help also blesses them for giving to you.

Four, write a gratitude list. This will help you focus on what you do have or what is going wrong.


Did you know that it's a gift that you even woke up this morning. Be grateful and thankful for small things and the big things will come in times five.

Five, listen to music. Music lifts your mood and can just get you through a day where you're just waiting for something to come through. Worrying about it all day does not help.
